Our Story
We started Cute Country Candy after a long time battle with trying to keep the food we bought from the grocery store from going bad.
With the rising costs of Grocery prices, we could no longer justify just letting everything we bought eventually go bad.
We started looking into ways of keeping our food for as long as possible, and the idea of Freeze Drying kept coming up, as a family, we decided to get one.
After we got a Freeze Dryer, the ever lengthening list of things we wanted to Freeze Dry started to expand, and with the growth in popularity on Social Media, we started to see more and more things to try.
We are starting with Candy and are going to be expanding into more options as our business grows, including Fruits, Vegetables, and even full Meals Ready to Eat.

Coming from primarily a restaurant working family, we strive to make sure that everything we produce gives you the best experience when it comes to taste and experience.
Less Food Waste
In Canada alone, there are 50 Million tonnes of food waste per year, and we did not like being a part of that. Now we aren't our fruits and vegetables are now Freeze Dried, and kept out of the annual waste in Canada.
Family
We are a Family Run Local Business, and we want to make sure that all of our customers are treated as such, we strive to provide the best, and nothing less, just as we would our own family.
Our Cheesecakes are all homemade, and in the future all of our meals will be homemade as well, to provide the best for our online Family.
