As of this moment in time, Cute Country Candy is located in Canada and ships Canada Wide. We may expand our shipping radius in the future.

As soon as you place your order your card will be charged, we package orders as soon as we get the order notification. Your item is then shipped out the next business day.

Due to the nature of our products being food items, preserved in air tight bags, as soon as the bag is opened we cannot accept returns, due to this fact, we do not accept any returns.

With Freeze Dried food, as long as it is stored properly with the oxygen absorbers, which our items are, shelf life is 6+ years.

All of our items will be listed according to whether they meet any dietary restrictions you may have.

The Candy we make comes from their original manufacturers and their factories, thus we cannot confirm all of their procedures, but our equipment is clean and does not add any allergens.

In order to rehydrate items, you put them in a bowl and add hot water to the bowl and cover it for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Freeze Dried items tend to rehydrate better than just dehydrated items, and often come back just as soft as fresh foods.
